The title for this one is Wicked Sick, because I'm ill :( Most days for the last week I've been getting these migraines at the same time, crashing around 4pm. It's been mean and my productivity has taken a hit. I was ok last weekend, but I took the break to play some games and tidy up. So I've not made much music last week unfortunately, which is a shame as that was what I wanted to talk about most! So instead I'm gonna talk about studying!

I want the next song on my album to be something dancable. I really like watching Nathan Barnatt dance on YouTube. I wanna get lessons and dance like him, and I wanna make the perfect song for that.
Nathan makes songs as "Dad" and often uses HOME songs as the instrumental. I really like HOME! In fact, he's the reason I started making music, and is the one artist I've studied the most. But I haven't actually studied his last album so much, so I've taken this opportunity to do so! My last song, was kinda my take on a C418 song, I think my next song will be my take on a HOME song. And maybe in future I'll even write some Dad style lyrics and make a dance video haha
Aside from studying HOME's Falling Into Place, I've also been looking at my earlier music and trying to understand it better. This week I took a look at Rain. Rain was actually my take on HOME's Resonance. I started with a simple chord progression and just stacked on notes without really knowing what I was doing. I decided to write the first chord of Rain using proper staff notation, and then try to play it. It's kinda possible, but not really!
